• Fresh Air (2 times/week - 1.5hrs) - Our most popular membership!  Our clients are experiencing more energy, less yuck and remarkable changes in their workouts and their overall wellbeing! 
• Fresh Start (2 times/week - 1 hr) - This membership is great for clients who want to supercharge their cells, enhance their longevity and feel amazing! 
• Fastbreak (3 times/week - 2 hrs) - This membership was designed to restore your health after trauma.  It's wonderful for physical wellness.  Refresh, recharge and get back into life!

Our Premier Program, the Quantum Leap, is starting up 1 January 2025.  We offer free consultations to see if you are a great fit.  You should have had a lyme diagnosis to participate.

Our Light Leap Program is for those clients who have graduated from the Quantum Leap and want to keep going on their wellness goals.
